Stomach pain
A stabbing sensation may occur in the stomach. This could be painful and can make you feel nauseated. The severity of the stomach virus may also affect how severe it is. Pain is most commonly located under the ribcage on the right side or near the appendix. This can be detected during an examination by a doctor.
