Diarrhea
This is when you have frequent bowel movements. Sometimes they are very watery and may contain blood. Depending on how severe your stomach flu is, the color of your stool may vary from light to dark. In the case of gastroenteritis, you may experience diarrhea or abdominal cramps. This is because the intestines become irritated and cause pain in the lower abdomen.
