Too Many Chicken
As we all know, a varied diet is crucial to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The same applies to chicken. Health problems can result from overeating one food. If you overeat chicken, you are more at risk for food poisoning.
1. Too much protein
Your daily caloric intake should contain between 10 percent and 35 percent protein. Your body may store too much protein as fat. This can cause weight gain and high blood lipid levels. Consuming a lot of chicken per day will affect your protein intake. Be mindful of what you eat.
2. Greater chance of developing heart disease
Too many chickens can raise cholesterol. This can increase your risk of developing cardiovascular disease. Indirectly, eating chicken and other protein-rich food can increase the risk of developing heart disease. This could cause death.
